Arrow How to dencrypt .tclz file?

Anyone know how .tclz file encrypted and how to dencrypt?

how to encrypt .tcl => .tclz ?
how to dencrypt .tclz => .tcl ?

try to use linux command line tools like xz, 7z, lzma
also it's a good idea to ask linux to identify the file using commands like file or magic

I tried "7z, lzma" on windows, both failed.

file test.tclz
test.tclz: data

I send you a sample .tclz file with PM, would you please help to have a look?
