jre-8u121:

Both works like a charm even on Windows XP, and on any platform x32 or x64.
My last JDK Box!

I would say hxxps://sourceforge.net/projects/jdkbox/ is the main site. It has fairly recent updates, although you'll only file the release binaries, not source code or JRE/JDK binary wrapper scripts.

There is no source code actually! They are created with MultiLauncherCreator.
And I've visualized JDK/JRE with TurboVirtStudio!
