The file format is .im

The password is valid when run
I wanted to know how to get the source
Either found the password or cracked it

Usually the first step is to send a download link for the app or the file.

What do you mean with "to get the source" ?
Can't you use one of the browsers to view the classes or do you just miss
the "real source".
The byte code should be visible at all (maybe you need to modify the browsers
a little bit), but if the source is not available, it might have been stripped from the image
