This program upload your program on appfuscator server with all option that you checked

It's simple :p The .exe upload your file in appfuscator server with the option that you wants. With Restsharp(an extension of google chrome), a friend capture all the url of the uploading of appfuscator, then he use them to make a tool ;) and he can do it with all obfuscator online ;)

This morning the tool did not work.....
I wonder if is only for me....?

Appfuscator is totally server-side. I think that this software just uses built-in account with full version of appfuscator.

In other words, this uploader will only work until that account remains active.

It also doesn't work for me, perharps that they noticed this tool and they patched the fail but i think not....

I'll send a message to the creator of the tool, he'll try to correct it
