If you want we can write our own tutorial right here..what target you using and what have you done so far..i will try it myself as im just learning BUT if we persevere and post attempts here WE WILL SUCCEEED :)

This Xtreme shit protector was defeated some time ago and i'm reffering at v1.06.

I have here fully unpacked and disassembled xprotector. If anybody has some questions, I think I can answer. There is nothing special inside of xprotector code. Just many anti-debug tricks and some more code. Loader's code is pretty small if is not obfuscated. Maybe when they will not use thier stupid obfuscation which makes code very very big, then maybe xprotector will be good protector :)

I like the option of rebooting the persons computer who tries to crack your app. :)

It would be cool if you could leave a custom message just before like "I told you I don't like being touched". :p

Did you debug XProt's SYS driver?
How does this anti-tracing stuff work, which locks you in an infinite loop with JMP [ESP-C] when single-stepping?
(I got around it, but still don't seem to get it, what's really going on.)
