Symantec Internet Security 2012
 

I don't know if others have noticed, but I have installed NIS 2012 and when I come to this web site I get a warning page saying that this site is malicious. Of course we know this is false. Any way we can get Symantec to remove the site? I am new to here, but know that this site is safe.

Maybe they are classifying it as "malicious" because of what they believe is done here, rather than that the site contains "malicious" code which might harm someone's computer. ;) Afterall, there is discussion about "cracks" and obtaining software on "side channels," which many in the business of making and selling software would consider "malicious." :eek:

The classification by Symantic will not stop anyone who actually wants to find this Forum and/or it's threads and post from doing so. I believe it has an exclusion list where one can mark sites they wish to vist as "safe." ;)

That does make sense. Though I find that I get peeved when folks at those labs deem inappropriate sites (as seen in their mind) as being malicious. Who gives them the right to try to scare the curious? At least we know better and ignore it for this site!
