ok well on me other thread the chioce for more ftp's kinda won So i figure I can setup one but this kind of stuff aint excatly legal here I need some tips on saving my as*

Well this is a topic that I think merits further discussion. Clearly what Aaron has done is simple and probably not enough but it has worked. He makes it so only registered forum members can access the passwords stored in the announcements and news section. I think the only reason this has worked is that the FTP is in China thus very very difficult to track or shut down. You may want to think about trying to set up the FTP in a foreign place where yes it will be slower but less likely to get busted. Any other ideas guys?

How could I set it up in a foreign place and alot of people sign up for the forum just to leech off the ftp I was thinking of A Direct Connect hub where as that would be more legal but no one seemed to like that Idea maybe we could give it another go?
