To my knowledge there has not been any single leaked/cracked release of BinNavi, and as far as I know people at Zynamics (ex Sabre) are very careful with who they're dealing with, so don't expect to get a downloadable, functional trial or anything like that :(

yeah, some months ago, i search zynamic product, and so far i only found bindiff, which is quite old release. but no luck on binnavi :(
too bad , especially when i see the price, woah, thats sooooo expensive
