There's no place like home(Exetools)!
But I suggest you CTFTime writeups category. It includes a lot of solutions for a lot of tasks of CTF competitions which include Reversing, hacking, cryptography, steganography and too much more categories... It's not forum like here but interesting modern things you can find there
