SDK Nalpeiron Licensing Software

I'm looking the SDK of Nalpeiron Licensing Software (NLS) which is not on their site:

but if you are looking for solutions for some specific piece of software, better solution may exist (for example: imatest)

Thanks, i had already found the github project in rust, but there are not all the API i am looking for.
I am working on specific software (Idea Statica) and i would like to emulate web server responses. What is Imatest? Give me some reference please?
