I have tried to crack WinHEX 10.92 SR-1 and ran KANAL. It showed two hash algorithms, MD5 and SHA1 - it's possibly how it calculates the serial number. And now the question: how KANAL helps in cracking? In other words, how do I crack it? OK, there is a keygen and a cracked version. But I do it just for the knowledge. Any ideas?

kanal is not a *two-click-keygen* producer

its only a Krypto ANALyzer - for lazzy dudes as me :)

Hey Koncool good luck with it ...Winhex is a pet fav of mines...nearest i got to cracking it was getting it to save files larger that 200k..problem was any changes made got saved whether you clicked save or not ..theres a check somewhere that ALWAYS pops up saving any file over bla bla bytes..ive forgot exact number now but i did know it...

Koncool did u know theres a toot about Keygenning Winhex..its only for v9.53 but its a start for you ..i keep meaning to read it myself see if i can spot similarities with latest version
