I'm upload Codeplay VectorC 2.0.3 to FTP,please help me

please help me to move file to "ftp://www.exetools.com/incoming/Codeplay.VectorC.PC.SE.v2.0.Win9xNT.Incl.Keygenerator-TMG" and make SFV file
because I use IE 5.5, cann't do that.

What does IE have to do with it?

Use an ftp client.

fail!
so I upload it to "Codeplay.VectorC.PC.SE.v2.0"
