Where can I find the newest version ckinfo?

Ckinfo is really a good tool in cracking CryptKey protected program.
But the old version 1.08 (I got it from this forum) only support
most 16 options.

I need to generate a license with 28 options, more than 16.
Where can I find the newest version ckinfo?
