sorry,cause:
1) this server dont support IP access way, which must be do by domain name

2) this server dont bind domain name that u use.plz check u website setting, and bind u domain name in alias name.

3)some cauze, this website which binds this domain name has be closed or deleted.

4) archive information hasn't be submited in ruled time,
archive information weren't submit, plz submit in
http://www.miibeian.gov.cn..

if above operation is good,website will be accessablity.

He has resticted by some rules (On gateway, Firewall, Main hosting settings) ?
