.net decompilers: What's best?

I've tried a few of these (commercial demo & free). The two best I found were Reflector (free) and Salamander (online, commercial, & incomplete decompile). Has anybody used anything they like better and why? Ideally, I'd like something that gives me options to refactor and export. Google searches haven't been fruitful.

Reflector is best till now.

I think Reflector is best and having support for framework 2.0 also.
It also have lots of plugins for different .Net languages. And best thing is it is freeware.
