WinDbg has a large learning curve, and lacks many small features e.g. saving breakpoints between sessions.
IDA as a disasm, yes. As a debugger, no thanks...
Everyone has difference of preference, yet I think it fair(imo) to say both are sub-par when compared to OllyDbg.
Hopefully the OllyDbg64 comes with post haste.
