Ollydbg loading problem

Hi there I have been using Olly for years but now I have gotten a strange problem

Have changed MOBO & PROC(E6600) and all I get when I try and load olly is a quick flash on screen and then it drops out

Anyone have any ideas as to what may be going on, I have exhausted everything I know (that's not too much)
