Pretty sure IDA Freeware doesn't support decompiler plugins.

Can not load with IDA leak 8.3.
Missing import functions from idaXX.dll: get_tinfo_details2, create_tinfo2
Inline functions from IDA SDK 8.4 .h files

I think with HexRaysCodeExplorer, we should build with IDA SDK 72, so the plugin binary can load and work with all versions of IDA.

@TQN Can you try the attachement? I have recompiled it with IDA SDK v8.3 and seems working with IDA Pro 8.3?
