/NOGUIBOOT in DS3.1

Hi all
Why DS3.1 set /NOGUIBOOT in boot.ini and prevent showing windows logo
when it get installed?
Is it cause any problem when we enable in again?(remove /NOGUIBOOT from
boot.ini)
