Does anyone kow TRL?

In flexl.m 10.1 , they said there are three encryption seeds exist in license generator , only 2 seeds exist in binaries ; is it means flex lm 10.1 is good enough to protect software from dig out the seeds?

Anything about TRL is appreciated

Only two seeds are used, and still can be fished

TRL you can't be fished, and binaries require patching.
