What is the APPLOCK 95 ?? Is it packer ??
Is their unpacker for it ??

Applock95 is an application password utility. Applok95 allows the user to control access to any windows program through the use of passwords. Applok encrypts the original program and will only decrypt it and run it when the correct password is given, providing a high level of security.(Win95)
