RTE 602 again
Hi, me again, a couple of years back I asked if there was any reason why when unpk execryptor I should get a runtime error. Every one I do has the same result
![]() Well, now I tried something different. Installed an old copy of XP with no service packs and guess what NO RUNTIME ERROR ![]() ![]() However, when I then try and run it with a later XP the God darn runtime error is back ![]() Any one have any ideas please??

.rdata section flags value has to be 0x40000040 and any section with executable flag cannot have writable flag in PE header.

@hobferet I remember that problem happening on SP2. Yes it was caused by an incorrect PE flag. I used to play around with self-modifying code in Delphi.
