How to unlock Step7 Block Privacy?

Hello
I need to unlock a function block in Step7 that is protected with Block Privacy.
Has anyone ever dealt with this topic and could help me?
In the plcforum.uz.ua was a post that a patched file S7BLPAX.EXE exists, which can remove the block protection.
Does anyone have this file and could share it with me, please?
