i tried but there is not any analyzer that can show the name of Packer...

Have you tried any of these packer detectors?
- PEId
- ProtectionId
- RDGPackerDetector

What information did they give about it?

you can try to load this by OD,and try to analyse the information from this Execute file

The file not work ....and don't upload it on rapidshare ..upload it on free site ...
note:upload the setup of the target not the exe file
