patching - Interactive Binary Patching for IDA Pro

Hello folks;

This plugin is actually gaasedelen's plugin. I have just made it run under v9.3 and v9.3-SP1.

• Works for IDA Pro v9.3 and v9.3-SP1
• Qt6 issues are gone!
• Added support for other architectures
• Linux ARM64 release added

Put the files under `plugins` folders and you are good to go!
