Not really, it came with USB audio driver. Years later i found they were developed by some company, they have a new version of it, 64bits etc, but i found the driver.
This dac is very good for the price it has (it keeps selling), Behringer uca-202, you can get it around 30$ brand new.
The updated driver cost 60E (more than double of DAC), crazy.

I'll try to keygen it using IDA, tracing and debugging kernel drivers is not my field by far.
