Best software to reset Android Pattern lock

I am missing something or this means you can bypass android lock password/pattern?
I thought that this could not be possible,like with IOS,if you try to bypass or brute-force the protection,the phone will wipe all data.

if you have usb debug enabled, you can read encrypted pattern data for offline brute force or you can just delete it.

Yes but how many users enable the usb debug?i speak about common users.

@Top10:ios is completely different,none software afaik can defeat password lock,icloud lock.
