i want to ask everyone that use this software .. is lagging little bit when u are trying to open the software .. ??? cause at me is taking time!

Try turning off translation and styles:
Options -> Appearance -> Language -> English
Options -> Appearance -> Style -> Default
Options -> Appearance -> QSS-> Default

Or using lite version (diel.exe)
