Here's my mirror (of "GTAVSP.7z" -- keep in mind "full-source-unedited.zip", although larger in size, does not have more content and it's even missing 1 file!):

Note that it's an encrypted RAR (so it's not scanned by any process) that contains the ZIP.
Renamed on purpose so it's not fetched by whatever string scanners looking to bring down links due to DMCAs.
