Delete all files in Dllcache but not the folder itself. Then edit this file -> %windir%\system32\restore\filelist.xml (remove read only attrib) ----EDIT--- PCHealthProtect> <VERSION>1.0</VERSION> <DEFTYPE>E</DEFTYPE> <FILES> <Exclude> <REC>%windir%\explorer.exe</REC> </Exclude> <DIRECTORIES> <Exclude> <REC>%WINDIR%</REC> --EDIT--- Source: Hardware geeks. Thanks, but I missunderstood, how that will help me in instructing system to restore files to DLLCache from System32? |

Use SFC.exe
I'm not sure if I understand you correctly...
You should be able to do that using SFC /PURGECACHE switch Quote:
