LinICE is pretty good and also open source. It is similar to SoftICE.

Does it support remote debugging?
I need a debugger which can work in Xvnc or SSH console. GDB has some bug which will lead to wrong calling stack printing after coredump in multi-threaded programs without source code. Quote:
