find the root cause
do the RCA
report to authors

I was about to say that too
BTW Why don you try it on other laptop or PC that have 64 bit OS..?
Also Try in Virtualbox or VMware ? Does this problem is only for these tools are any other 64 bits app are having problem ? Check that out too
