Thumbs up Unpackers

I agree with Squidge.
Home made unpackers should stay private. Then they'll remain usable much, much longer...

I was suprised how easy the unpacking process is (specially on CopyMem-II targets). The only slightly complex task was automating nanomite removal, but it seems to work quite nicely.

Never seen a Armadillo 3.10 unpacker "in the wild" however. But, like other authors say, if you keep them private, the unpackers last a whole lot longer, and since playing catch the chicken gets boring really boring really quickly, this is the best way to do it.

Good work Squidge - Squidge and I have done a lot of collaboration on Armadillo, and although a lot of people out there prefer to KeyGen Armadillo, I still like unpacking for the challenge. I was able to successfully rip the Nanomites as well with not much trouble. I have a technique to automate the process, but after writing DilloDumper for 3 months, the code grew out of hand too quickly. The dumper has to be rewritten (and this time with new trix). Nanomites are not such the "scary" thing people think they are.
