I liked to knew how some one turn to
(Senior member and exetools ....etc)

Cöz i read forum rules but i didn't find any information

After a "Junior Member has achieved 60 Posts and has been a member for 60 days, they are eligible for promotion to "Senior Member".

As for exetools, it is more like a team member group.
