Changing Import Table??
Hi,
I have a problem that only could be solved by renaming an import in the import table. i.e. ?blablabla@ZZQQ?? to ?blablablaooh@ZZQQ?? in fact the new import name is longer than the older one. I think I should be able to do this manually, but this is too much work and there is a risc of crashing program !! Does anybody of you hardcore cracker know a little tool, that makes this in an automatic way?? cu magic Last edited by magic; 09-13-2003 at 00:47. |

HAve a look in the segment alignment gaps, put your new text there and then modify the pointer to the string (in the IAT) to point to your string instead of the original one. If you can't find any space big enough in the segment alignment gaps, then just create a complete new section, or increase the segment alignment.
