Instrctions:
Follow the steps below:
0. Make Sure NetLimiter is not running, close it from Tray as well
1. Run Keygen from Desktop and Click Generate to create and save license file
2. Click Patch to replace RSA 2048 key in NetLimiter.dll
3. (Optional) Click Hosts to add 'netlimiter.com' to hosts, At the time being it is not required in v5.2.7.0 but you never know
4. (Optional) Reboot System, if not pro!
5. (On Future Updates) Only Click Patch & (Optional) Reboot if not pro!

Need framework 4.5, i have 4.8.1 latest devpack installed but beetween 4.5.1 to 4.8.1 should be ok

Using 4.0 will give cryptography issues

I used 4.5 as target, the problem with microsoft is even when 5 core or 6 core is installed it shows error for win forms, saying need any v4.0, even target you keep 4.8 shows need 4.0

Now the thing is that keygen is built on framework not core, latest framework is 4.8.1 and latest core is 7 and preview 8.

So u need framework for this i guess u have installed core 5.x
