Hi, i know some few warez sites, now the thing is that these all sites post at the same time or same day for those releases,

Where are these people taking releases from how they post at the same time.

I speculate these posters have access to a scene topsite ftp server where they can download the latest scene releases as soon as they are made available for distribution. The reason it seems instant is they have likely automated the querying, downloading, uploading, and posting process with scripts/bots.

I know webscene iran distro but no team posts on it, as i used to post when i had access to uret distro, i dnt know they are quick to post

Simply those posters collect releases from scene and p2p, some do this full-time to get $$ from file-hosters like rapidgator

Release groups (the big ones) usually have designated uploaders in their team to disseminate their releases in the online forums.
The smaller groups just post on warez forums in their own name with an NFO file stating the name of their group, in the release archive.
