I found a few good programming ebooks at:

I have been reading this long thread and found most of them are in ftp. Being dial up user i cannot access many ftp site but i have look at http sites. most of the books i found related to programming, communication, technical stuffs only. so i have one site that contains some non-tech list of book. i think it will reboot ur tech. mind . h++p://www(dot)turboreactor(dot)com and go to E-book section.
