Dumping symbols from OSX binaries?

I have a Mac OSX binary containing (per what I see with a hex editor etc) both some symbol names and some source file names (.h and .cpp). Is there a tool out there (one that I can run on Windows| that can dump whatever information is there (especially any information that may exist about the source files)?

I thought OSX uses a format similar to ELF with DWARF symbols. Should be able to read them easily with Ghidra or IDA Pro. I even found this plugin for IDA:
