HOWTO:Win XP SP1 Terminal Server?
I have only computer with DVD RW at my workplace and all co-workers
asks me to write data for them. I decided to make Terminal Server from my Win Xp SP1 workstation, for RDP disk writing purpose. I spend today patching winlogon.exe. lsass.exe 00000639: 12 0B 00000675: 8B C6 00000677: F0 F4 00000678: 89 00 00000679: 45 90 0000067A: F4 90 winlogon.exe 0002B43D: 10 00 0002B43E: 00 02 0002FAC7: A3 90 0002FAC8: B4 90 0002FAC9: 61 90 0002FACA: 07 90 0002FACB: 01 90 0002FB09: 75 90 0002FB0A: 06 90 000301A7: B8 BC 000301AB: 75 74 00030341: 10 00 00030342: 00 02 I have Tested such solution (patching) in Vmware Win XP test env, seems all working (2 RDP sessions and 1 interactive at same time). I'll test RDP disk writing tommorow at work, but May be someone suggest more documented decision for my problem. |
