[Thoughts] Offshore Git Server

In light of recent projects I have thought of hosting a git server - offshore (so no pesky DMCA) - for our (exetools) various RE projects & Source Codes/etc

Who would be willing to chip in, or even better, know someone who will donate a dedicated server/vps that can be setup for the above?

Thoughts?

That is why I started the thread to determine whether it would be used or not.

Yeah I have used it in the past but it is not "collaborative" friendly as the admin does not hand out accounts very easily.
