Anti-debugging techniques for a hypervisor debugger

What anti-debugging techniques would a hypervisor debugger be vulnerable to ?

IMO a debugger that is a hypervisor can intercept the rdtsc instruction and most timing based anti-debugging techniques.

Am I missing anything?
