Emulating usb memory stick with license

Hello all, there is a programme which is licensed by license file generated based on the hardware ID of memory stick selected by user. After generating licence file this file must be copied to that memory stick.

My question: If I have a valid licence, is there another way to emulate memory stick apart from emulating it using v-usb based microcntroller circuit?

You can use user-mode hooks or dll replacement to do the job.

Emulating of memory stick isn't a big problem . I mean vusb based solution.
You just need to understand how the scsi commands work.
