How to avoid RAR corruption?
It seems that whenever i upload rars they somehow end up corrupted. This is baffling, how do they just become corrupt?
So once I have added my file to the RAR archive what can I do next to avoid corruption? |

You can try re-uploading the file and keep on re-upping it untill you succeed..thats what i do
I dont know why they sometimes end up[ corrupt..not this place but a few times ive downloaded a CD thats been rarr'ed and it %99 extracted then it crashed sayoing it was corrupt and something wrong with the CRC check..They can sometimes be repaired though BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE "PUT RECOVERY RECORD" ENABLED!!!..This is something i do now with ALL my rarr'ed files even the small ones! paul333 |
