Program debugging .NET applications

What's the best program for debugging .NET applications without source code or .pdb files?

For live debugging you can choose :

1 - IDA
2 - PEBrowse Interactive Debugger
3 - Reflector with Deblector Plugin
4 - Professional version of Reflector
5 - WinDBG
6 - Dotnet IL Editor (DILE)
7 - DotNET Tracer (Only tracing functionality with ability to break on more than 40 events )

I definitely agree with the top 3 that Kurapica posted. Each has its own strengths. I.ve also .net decompilers like spices .net.

Kurapica,

I know that you are the .NET reversing Guru, but I have to disagree with your comment about IDA.

you can disassemble .NET files in IDA, but not debug them.

IDA also doesn't handle mixed mode files

Have a look here, this version of ILSpy I uploaded has the debugger built in. You can set breaks, step through, watch the stack, see arg names and values.

Should be what your looking for, its not 100% stable, but gets the job done. I've used it to debug commercial software to eventually mod so that it would be compatible on W8.1

ILSpy 2.1.0.1603 Debugger Included
