Is there a way to restore voicemail in my iPhone

My subscriber after suspending my voicemail services by mistake I lost all my voice messages !!
I dont know if they are in my iPhone or on the subscriber server.

If you have phone backups using iCloud or iTunes that could allow you to recover your voicemail.

I don't believe a backup would offer much help there... afaik Voicemail is stored with your provider.

Some one sold a linked iPhone promax13 to a friend of mine son. Now device says it is locked to owner. He is trying to blackmail him. Any experience with solving the problem? He has purchased it used and has no documentation. I found some tools like Ultfone and IBF tools. Anyone idea?

Also I found Tenorshare 4MeKey and UnlockMaker which all claim they can unlock iCloud activation lock?
