Issue with IDB file watch list crashing IDA

So I have been working on my software for several months now and have my .IDB file for IDA very detailed and a lot of comments. I don't know what happened or why but I added some locations to watch but the next time I started it, the software freezes every time I open the watch list. It will eventually unfreeze after 30 minutes or so but if I click anything in the watch list it freezes again. I am guessing that something in the watch list is causing this issue.

My question is how can I remove the addresses in the watch list manually since I can't remove them in the IDA UI. I tried looking in my .IDB file and found a section I thought might be the watch list but it didn't fix anything when I deleted it.

If that doesn't work, does anyone know the easiest way to copy all the information from one .IDB and import into another? I haven't found a reliable method.

Thanks!
