The systems protected by flexlm have a file called vendor deamon, it is an executable. If you have the original installer, there it comes.
This file is also packed.
There is a lot of material on this site about how to beat a flexnet protected system.
If you know crack, continue watching the dll file
if not, use reverse engineering

I have read the material on this site about how to beat the flexnet protection, and generally know how to patch the daemon and/or dll's, and where to set breakpoints, for seed fishing, feature finding. But finding the right locations in a packed file is a complete different story
