Best all-in-one WinPE boot environment for reversers (2020)?

I have found this looks to be now the de facto best boot CD. A lot of us used to use Hiren's 15.2 but that has been long out of maintenance. Find it here as WinPE 10-8 Sergei Strelec (x86/x64/Native x86) 2019.12.28 English version:

Anyway, if anyone knows of anything better kindly share. Otherwise this looks pretty amazing for a mere 4GB, I have had special tools like Active Partition Recovery save me more than a few times from accidentally destroyed partitions. Being able to use WinHex could be nice for forensic cleaning at boot time. Even HDDRegenerator to get those bad clusters fixed on magnetic disks. Basically no problem I have ever seen, that the tools in this set would not make repairable at the cost of critical analysis time.
