Well, first you should use the search feature here to find all related materials for your endeavour. All can be found here. If then you still have questions, go to Aarons ftp site and d/l the RCE CD, its well worth it to begin reversing.

Good Luck.

It's my job to point out to you that you have started out with two errors.

1. You double posted. Once here, and once in the "Software Release" forum. Do not post the same question in more than one place.

2. By posting this "request" in the "Software Release" forum, you violated the clear message at the top of that forum which states that "Requests will be deleted." Yours was deleted. That forum is ONLY for "Releasing" Software. It is not for "Requesting" Software. Requests, naturally, go in the "Request Forum."
These are simple rules and make sense if you simply take the time to look around before you post.

Please pay attention to what you are doing and try to follow the rules. None of these are fatal mistakes, but they could have easily been avoided just by taking a little time to see what is here before you jump in an post, when you don't understand how things work.

This is a principle that can be applied to reversing. You have to have the patience to learn the basics before you start attempting things that require certain basic understanding of how things work in order to accomplish your task.

Welcome to the start of your journey. Try not to trip over the rocks along the way through the dark codewoods. There is much to learn and it will take both time and patience.

Regards.

RCE CD

I could download the CD but when unrar it, it gives me error..

"CRC failed in RCE_cd.ISO. The file is corrupt"

THere are about 17 files from RCE_CD.R00 to RCE_CD.R15 and RCE_CD.RAR. How can I check which file is corrupt?
